Land Rover promise full Electric

By the end of the decade Land Rover say they will be all electric for the world luxury 4x4 line-up.

Thierry Bollore the main boss of JLR has revealed shocking news for plans for a zero-carbon 2030, confirming that JLR will offer all ranges in electric following year 2025.

According to Bollore all Land Rover vehicles will be available in “electric form” no later than by the end of the decade. Instead of all-new model names, it would instead reinvent its existing aliases such as Range Rover, Discovery and Defender – for the electric shift.

it is anticipated that around 60-7- percent of Land Rover vehicles sold will be equipped with no exhaust tail pipes by 2030. Land Rover has also fine-tuned plans to invest in hydrogen fuel-cell technology. Development is already underway with prototypes being tested on UK roads within the next 14 months as part of the investment programme.

Total investments of 2.5 billion from Land Rover in zero-emission technology also includes connected services to enhance driving experiences with further technologies that will further improve their personal ecosystem. Here at "Exec 4x4 hire" we have always played our part in becoming climate efficient and continue to include a range of Hybrid vehicles within selected Branches throughout the country, we are also excited to introduce the Phev Range Rover for the launch of the Range Rover Vogue 2022.
