Customers are required to sign to the rental agreement on vehicle handover.
A copy of the agreement will be provided to the each customer along with a payment summary.
Vehicles must NOT leave Great Britain without our written consent.
All Payments must be provided by credit or debit cards.
All drivers must have:
No more than 1 Accident involvement within 3 years.
Held a Full Driving Licence for at minimum of 5 years.
No more than 2 Speeding Penalties within 3 years.
No Suspension/Ban of Driving within 5 years.
Additional drivers £7.50 per day.
Airport Meet and Greet: £15.
Admin costs for traffic and parking violations £45.
Free Mileage allowances: 150 miles per day.
Deposits under £100 are non-refundable if the customer cancels the reservation.
All deposits are refundable if "Exec" cancel the reservation.
The customer is Liable for vehicle insurance excess stated on the hire agreement for loss and damage (amount depends on vehicle type/model). Customers can obtain further cover for payment of excess and have the amount reimbursed, cover is from as little at £3 per day. Details provided prior to rental.
All vehicles must not be used for any of the following:
1. Off-Road &
2. Emergency Services
3. Hire Reward and Chauffeur Services
4. Exceed the passenger vehicle limit
5. Pets inside vehicle (Permission Only)
All major Debit/Credit cards, including Master-card, Visa, Switch, American Express. Commercial & inter-regional cards may incur a fee up to 2%.
We advise the customer to only reserve the vehicle for the period required. We may not refund any payments once the vehicle has been reserved or hired unless agreed in writing.
Cancellations or amendments with less than 7 days from the date of hire will incur a fee up to 75% of the outstanding total cost of hire due to administration and upfront costs of insurance coverage. Cancellations with over 7 days notice from the date of hire will incur a fee up to 50% of the outstanding total cost of hire due. The customer agrees to these charges taken by the same credit/debit card previously used for the deposit payment.
On unusual occasions the reserved vehicle may be upgraded without prior notification. If we are unable to provide the exact same model as per the arranged reservation we will guarantee to provide the same make (i.e) range rover or land rover but with a higher spec model along with a greater retail value.
The customer can refuse to continue with the reservation however a 30% charge of the remaining balance will be required.
